Provider

Agreement

Published prices are indicative. A written accepted proposal defines scope, final price, tax, payment, timing, revisions, rights and licences. Sending an enquiry is not an order.

Delivery

The client supplies content, access and rights to supplied materials. Changes and additional work require written agreement. Timing depends on timely delivery and approval of content.

Rights and licences

The proposal defines rights to commissioned work, source files and third-party licences. Third-party licences may involve additional fees.

Promotions

Scratch cards preview a promotion. Codes apply only after written confirmation and cannot be combined with other offers.

Complaints and consumers

Send complaints to info@konektim.com. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Consumer distance contracts require the applicable withdrawal information and consent process before work starts. This site does not take online payments or automatically conclude contracts.
