Purpose and basis

Enquiry details (name, email, message and package) are processed to respond and prepare a proposal at your request before entering a contract. They are not used for marketing without a separate appropriate basis.

Retention and recipients

Website enquiries are deleted automatically after 180 days. Email copies and business records follow applicable business and statutory retention requirements. Hosting and email providers may process data. The controller must specify actual providers and international transfer safeguards before publication.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where applicable, object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact info@konektim.com. Complaints may be filed with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).

Forms and optional marketing

Forms may include a phone number, budget and other details needed to prepare a proposal. If you separately opt in to news and offers, we store the consent wording and submission time. You can withdraw consent by email. UTM campaign parameters are stored with your enquiry only if you allow marketing tracking technologies. Form usage events are sent only with analytics permission; these events contain no name, email address or message text.
